Hello there, @kapipi_hanara-ou. It's our top priority to make sure everything is running and working seamlessly.

To clarify, are you receiving any sort of error message while working with bank feeds? For most general issues in QBSE, they're usually the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. We can clear them in just a few easy steps.

Let's start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. If your subscription is still active, your data should remain available. Also, make sure to select the correct company.

You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If you're not getting any bank issues, I recommend that you clear its cache. By clearing them, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

If you're still getting bank issues, you can sign in to your bank's website. Then, check if there are any alerts or notifications about this. In the meantime, you can download an updated list of your transactions from your bank's website and upload them to QuickBooks using a CSV file. You can check this article for the detailed steps: Add older transactions.
