Hello there, info374.

We can connect the ATO again via AUSkey in a private browser. You may use these keyboard shortcuts on how to open it :

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Afterwards, log in to QuickBooks.

  1. Go to the GST menu.
  2. Then, select the Connect the ATO button.
  3. Choose to connect ATO by Logging in to Access Manager since you have an AUSKey.

If you get the same thing, I suggest lodging the BAS directly to the ATO (outside QuickBooks), to avoid penalties.

Check out this reference that'll further help you enable BAS E-lodgement for QuickBooks
