Hi there, I'm having trouble in using Quickbook in iMAC. There is portal under "EMPLOYEES". When I use Windows i can access it but In iMac i can't open the folder.

Just for some context, are you logging into QuickBooks Online via our website or via a Desktop app?

It might also be worth double-checking whether it could be the browser that is having the issue.

I recommend using either FireFox or Chrome for accessing QuickBooks and you can also try logging in via an incognito/private window to avoid any cookies or cache issues that can be common.
