Hi there one of the computer is giving a note as quick book launcher and i cant not access quick books

I can see that it only happens in one of your computers, office130.

 

The issue might have something to do with the system requirements for QuickBooks Online. I would recommend checking your system and to the requirements for QuickBooks to run smoothly and be able to access it as well.

 

If you're currently using the recommended specs, we can try performing the troubleshooting that can help you access QuickBooks back. It could be a lot data is being stored in your browser. That is why QuickBooks is not working properly.

  1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
