Welcome to the community.

The software ID can be found within Payroll Settings.

Please go to the Employees tab, then select Payroll Settings.

From there go to ATO Settings > Electronic Lodgement & STP.

Here, you will be able to find your unique software ID as well as your software provider which will be KeyPay.

KeyPay's ABN is 70 154 693 955 just in case you needed it.
