How can I memories a set of reports, P & L, BS, AR, AP and save it for use across every one of my QBOA client files.I have tried a few times and it never seems to work.

You can memorise your custom reports in QuickBooks Online using the steps below. Here's how to:

 

  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Locate and open the report you want to memorise.
  3. Click on Customise button.
  4. Select the customisation made, and then click Run report.
  5. Click on Save customisation.
  6. On the pop up box, enter a Custom report name.
  7. If you have created a group and wanted to add this report, click on Add this report to a group and choose the existing group or create a new one.
  8. If you want to share the report with others, click on Share with.
  9. Sharing the report will add it to other users' My custom reports. However, users you invite to the company later on will not automatically receive access to the report - only existing users.
  10. Click on Save.

 

You can then find the customised report in your Customised tab in your Reports page.
