How do I cancel my account and if I do will I lose all of my accounting information

Welcome to the Community, @ajfeldtmann. I can walk you through the steps on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO using a computer browser as an admin user. 
2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
3. Move to the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel subscription.
5. Follow the on-screen steps to proceed.
