How do i change from credit card to direct debit from a bank account for monthly subscription ? I called yesterday but still cannot process

Hi djefferies,

 

In QuickBooks Online:

  1. Select Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription, then select the Pencil icon next to Payment method.
  3. Select Direct Debit, then enter the debit account info.
  4. Select Save.

Note: If you're missing the Billing & Subscription tab, you may have purchased QuickBooks Online through another source like iTunes or Google Marketplace. If not, you’ll want to clear your cache and refresh the page.
