How do i locate my batch report?

Hello, nidakptyltd.

Are you referring to a group of report that will be printed at the same time? If so, you can follow the steps below to locate the report. 

1. Go to Reports from the left menu. 
2. Select the Management reports tab. 

This will open the three major group reports in QuickBooks which are:

• Company Overview (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
• Sales Performance (Profit and Loss, A/R Ageing Detail and Sales by Customer Summary)
• Expenses Performance (Profit and Loss, A/P Ageing Detail and Expenses by Supplier Summary) 

If none of these groups has the report you’re looking for, you can Edit one of them then add your desired reports. Here’s how:

1. Click the arrow next to View.
2. Select Edit and go to Reports on the left menu. 
3. Click the pencil icon on the report and click the trash icon to delete it. You can also override and change the title.
4. Click Add new report link to add your desired reports. 
5. Select Save and close.
