How to get my accountant into my QuickBooks

You can add your accountant as a user in your account, michaelsanderspa.

 

Follow these steps so you can send the invitation in QBO:

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Click Add User, then click Company Admin.
  3. Check the This user is my accountant box. 
  4. Click Next.
  5. Type in your accountant's name and email address. 
  6. Click Next, then click Finish.

An email notification will be sent to the email that you've provided. Your accountant will be asked to create a user ID before signing in the first time, unless they already have an account with Intuit Business Services.

 

Once added, you an use the My accountant tab to send document or other information that your accountant is requesting from you. Let me get you this link: How To Use The My Accountant Tab.
