How to print a report that shows the annual liability to pay an s employee on their last day 11 Mar 2022. I can only find a report that shows all employees. TIA

Are you referring to the termination pay of an employee? If so, you create a termination pay run in QuickBooks Online Payroll, and the system will automatically calculate how much you need to pay for the remaining leave balance of an employee.

Furthermore, you can also run a Detailed Activity Report for you to check the year-to-date figures of an employee. Here's how:

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Click on Detailed Activity report.
4. Fill out each field and click on Run report.
