I am an accountant and I need to log into my clients file but cant see it listed under my log on.

So that we can better assist you on this, do you mind confirming if you have accepted the invitation to your client's file, please?

There's also a possibility that your client might have invited you as a Company Admin but not an Accountant hence your client file is not showing under your clients list. In this case, you can find the client's file by clicking on the gear icon and go to "Switch Company".
