Question

I am having a technical difficulty with loading my dashboard. Has anybody experienced a similar problem and can suggest a solution?

Thanks for reaching out. If you are experiencing parts of QuickBooks Online not loading, latency or where the loading icon just keeps spinning the first thing to check is the possibility of a internet/network issue; try logging in using a different network to see if the problem persists. You can also clear your browser's cache to ensure the problem does not reside there. We suggest using Google Chrome where possible for the best experience with QuickBooks Online, and you can follow the steps below to clear the browser's cache:

 

  1. In Chrome, hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen. You can also access this by selecting the Chrome menu (top right corner, three dots in a vertical line) and clicking More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
  2. Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked.
  3. Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more.
