Question

I am inviting employees to time tracking, some don't appear in the list to invite and others are there but when I try invite them is says user details missing or invalid?

Why are active employees not appearing in the list of users that I can invite?
Why are some there and then I am unable to invite them as it says they have missing or invalid details?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

Let's check the Pay Run Defaults for those employees not showing on the list, and make sure they're set to Use timesheets to submit all time worked. Here's how to:

 

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. From the employee list, click on one of the employee affected.
  3. Click on Pay Run Defaults.
  4. Under Timesheets, see if employee is set to Use timesheets to submit all time worked.
  5. Click on Save.

 

Then, go back to Employee Portal Settings and click on Access to see if those employees are showing on the list.
