I am remotely logging into my quickbooks to do my weekly pay runs but when I click on employees it thinks for a bit and the. The

The screen is blank and does not show any employees or past pay runs!

Hi ross-fitzgeraldc,

 

There isn't a reported product investigation at the moment with the Employees tab not working at the moment. Let's check your browser's settings and make sure to enable cookies. Here's how to enable cookies depending on your browser:

 

Google Chrome:

 

  1. Select the 3 vertical dots in the top-right-hand corner
  2. Select Settings then Advanced
  3. Under Privacy and security select Content Settings
  4. Select Cookies and Turn off Block third-party cookies

 

Safari:

 

  1. Select the Gear Icon in the top-right-hand corner
  2. Select Preference then Privacy
  3. Next to the Block Cookies tick box for Never

 

Mozilla Firefox:

 

  1. From the Settings menu select Options
  2. Select Privacy.
  3. Under History, Use custom settings for history.
  4. Tick box for Accept cookies from the site
  5. Set Always to Accept third-party cookies.

Once done, close and re-open your browser and access your QuickBooks Online account once more. I'd recommend also clearing your browser's cache to remove internet files.
