Question

I am trying to access the reports. When I press 'Reports' on the left, nothing happens. Everything else works. Any suggestions?

There’s a possibility that your browser is causing the issue. You might want to open your QuickBooks on a private window. If it works fine, make sure to clear your browser’s cache or use a different one.


The web browser keeps files in its cache and saves the pages you have previously visited. Sometimes these files can affect communication between the browser and QuickBooks Online.
