I am trying to download the quickbooks windows app - when the log in screen comes up I just get a black screen - any suggestions what I am doing wrong?

Hey there, rbtservices.


We’ve received reports that when signing in to the QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac the login screen crashes. This issue is already being worked on by our engineers.


While waiting for the resolution status, I recommend reaching out to our QBO Care Team so you can sign up to the notification list. You’ll receive an email once more information is available.


For the most up to date contact details, go to the Help menu. Here’s how:

 

  1. In the upper right hand, pick the Help menu and scroll down to select the Contact us link.
  2. Another screen opens, type in the issue or topic in the field box and then pick the Let’s talk button.
  3. Choose on how to connect with us: Chat or CAll us.
  4. Provide this number for easy tracking: INV-21697.

In the meantime, access your company using the browser.
