I am trying to edit my subscription details ,can someone ,suggest how to contact quickbooks online .

My subscription has been cancelled  ,can you suggest a contact number to ring or message  not sure how to edit .I usually use google play..

Let me show you how to edit or update your payment details for your QuickBooks Online subscription. 

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing and Subscription.
  3. Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎.
  4. Update your credit card info.
  5. Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
  6. When you're done, select Confirm card or Save.

 

If you subscribed through Google Play (Android), use these steps from Google:

 

 

Furthermore, you can contact support team to further check on your account. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click on the Help? icon. 
  3. Click on Contact Us and select options:
  • Call us on the phone number list from 8:30AM to 6:30PM AEDT Mon-Fri
  • Chat with us 8AM to 10PM AEDT (Mon - Fri) and 8AM to 8PM AEDT (Sat-Sun)
