Hi Michael40,

Would you be able to tell us the name of the app, so we can check to see if there's an issue about disconnecting it?

On the other hand, you can try disconnecting QuickBooks from their page, if there's an option for that. If there's none, please have our phone or chat team see your setup to check it further. The have additional tools to see it.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact us.
  2. Enter a summary of the scenario and click on Let's talk.
  3. Choose from Chat or Get a callback.

You can always go back to this thread if you have other questions.

The three apps are:

TSheets Time Tracking

Freshdesk

Time Tracker by eBillity

Each App has been removed at the vendor site and according to their systems it was successful. These accounts are no longer active so we cannot re-check any other removal methods on the vendor sites.

Thanks for giving the name of the apps, michael40.

At the moment, I haven’t seen an open investigation for these apps. I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team.  They'll further investigate why the apps are not disconnected successfully in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click on Help on the top menu.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter a summary of the scenario in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click on Let's talk.
  5. Choose from Start messaging or Get a callback.

Please reply to this thread if you need anything else in QBO. I'm here to help.
