I am unable to create a Pay Run as the status of my subscription is Keypay Exception. How do I rectify this?

I've got the same error. Have tried different things, including the following, but with no luck:

- tried different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)

- tried the app

 

Cleared cache etc but also no luck.

 

Please post if you find a solution.

Hi Anirban-Mahanti, 

 

There was an outage on Sunday 14th which prevented QuickBooks Online Payroll powered by KeyPay users from viewing or running payroll. This has since been fixed and users should no longer be experiencing any more difficulty.
