I can not open my program on my computer is it down at the moment?

I've tried all day.
I log in and wait but ut does not connect

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's get you back on track and access your QuickBooks Online account. Just to check, do you have any error when trying to log in? 

 

You can be experiencing random browser issues that's why you received an error. Let's check to find out.

 

Let's open open a private browser, sign in to QuickBooks. Private browsing disables browser extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P

 

If you're able to log in, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, you can try to use a different browser so we'll know if this issue only happens to the one you use.
