I cancelled my subscription at the end of February and now quickbooks is trying to take out $20 from my account, twice, which has now resulted in two $5 dishonour fees.

As much as I'd love to offer help and share why your account is billed even if you've canceled it, we've got a separate team who can better address this in no time.

 

That said, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support directly from the Help menu. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Billing and Subscription in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Chose a channel where you want to connect with our specialists.

With their tools, one of our specialists can work with you by pulling up the account on file and review the history of your subscription. And a refund will also be created but with applied conditions.
