I cannot upload my logo , just says try again later but it’s been 2 days trying and says the same thing . Is their an issue with the app ?

There is no reported case of uploading a logo in the QuickBooks mobile app as of the moment, @jeffzoing.

 

I want to resolve this from happening to you. This way, you can upload your logo using QuickBooks Online mobile app at the soonest moment.

 

You should be able to upload your default logo if you use iOS. To help fix the issue, ensure that your mobile app is updated (iOS 14.0 or later). 

 

Once confirmed and the issue persists, let's reset your mobile app. This is the same as clearing the cache from your web browser. 

 

For iOS:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click OK.

 

Once done, upload the logo again with a 10MB file size. If the problem continues, please uninstall and reinstall the app for a clean slate. You do not need to worry since it won't delete any of your app's transactions or data.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. On your homepage, touch and hold the QuickBooks app. 
  2. Click Remove, then tap the Delete App to confirm. 
  3. Install the app again. 
  4. Then enter the amount again to verify if it's already performing well.
