I don’t have account settings on my QuickBooks app. Please help

Thanks for posting. Let me share some information about the QuickBooks Online App.

 

Starting April 20, 2021, the QuickBooks Online Windows and Mac apps are no longer supported. Once your app is no longer receiving updates, you can experience unexpected behavior in your QuickBooks Online account. We recommend accessing your account through a web browser like Google Chrome and sign in at qbo.intuit.com, to be able to access Account and Settings.

 

If you're referring to the QuickBooks Online Mobile app, the mobile application is a simplified version of the software when accessed via a web browser. Some options are not available when accessed on the mobile app. If you need to access your Account and Settings, we'd recommend using a web browser when signing in to QuickBooks Online.
