Question

I entered the account name on a "Bank Feed Authorisation" form, but made an error. I go to Preview but I am not able to change the name to correct the error. Why not?

Our dedicated team will check your form. If they find an incorrect information, they will contact you for instructions to resubmit the form. The timeline for checking process will take 4 working days for email and 10 working days if posted for approval.

 

Alternatively, you can reach out to our support about this:

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact us.
  2. Enter a brief description of the scenario and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose how you want to contact them.

You can also consider uploading your transactions, so you can start adding them to your books. When your direct feeds will be setup and downloads the transactions that you uploaded, just exclude them to avoid duplicates.
