Hi there, info-milestonemo.

I'll share some insights on how you can remove the duplicate company.

If you're the current master admin, you can invite another user and transfer the master admin role to them. Once done, have the new master admin remove you from the list of that company. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Manage users, then look for your user profile.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow in the Action column, then select Delete.
  4. In the confirmation window, select Delete again.

Keep in mind that this process is only applicable for active accounts. For canceled companies, they'll be automatically deleted after a year.
