I have a month of free trial. Why was I debited with subscription fee the same day I downloaded the app?

As much as I'd love to check this, I'm unable to pull up your account here in the Community space for security purposes.

 

That said, I highly suggest contacting our Support team. They have tools that can check your account in a secure environment and verify why you're being charged for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) free trial version. They can also process a refund if necessary.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. In QBO, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner and select Contact us.
  2. Enter the details of your concern and click Let's talk.
  3. Select how you want to reach them (phone or chat).
