I have a notification message advising I cannot create a new pay run or make payments as the status of my subscription in KEY_EXCEPTION what does this mean

HI KhoLiver60,

 

There was an outage on Sunday 14th which prevented QuickBooks Online Payroll powered by KeyPay users from viewing or running payroll. This has since been fixed and users should no longer be experiencing any more difficulty.
