Question

I have a paid subscription but it says Read Only. Any suggestions as to how to input data.

Hello there, manawahine.

 

Once payment for reactivation is successful, your QBO account should not be limited to read-only access. Have you tried to log out and then log back into your QBO account? This refreshes your account and displays the updated information.
 

If the same thing happens, make sure to use updated information when reactivating your account.
 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company and go to the Gear icon. Then, select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Select Resubscribe.
  3. Select the New payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).
  4. Enter the updated payment and billing information.
  5. Select Resubscribe.
