Question

I have been sent an invitation to a company file, I have accepted but I cannot find it when I login? Can I have access to multiple company files under 1 user? How?

Is there a place where I can see all company files that I have access to?

Hello there, emma-pallant.

 

Let me get the help you need in logging in to your multiple accounts.

 

In QuickBooks Online, when you're being invited as a user, you have the option to use the same User ID and Password to your current account as long as the email address is the same with your other account.

 

If I may ask, upon accepting the invitation, have you selected or used the same User ID or email address upon setting up? If yes, then you can click the Gear icon, then click the Switch Company button to show all the companies under the same credentials.

 

If no, I'd recommend contacting your client and ask to delete and reinvite you so that upon accepting the invitation, you can use the same User ID or email address with your other account.


From there, you'd able to see multiple lists of companies under one login credentials.
