Let's cancel your account as soon as possible, @userthenewacidplanet.

I'm determined to improve your experience with our support. I'll be on hand to help you cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription at your earliest convenience. This way, you'll not be charged repeatedly.

Your dashboard provides an overview of your business, giving you a quick update of the company (such as the statement of income and expenses, your bank account, etc.) That said, you'll see the cancel option in the Billing and Subscription page. To do this, heed the instructions below:

  1. Go back to the Account and settings
  2. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

Once done, you'll receive a cancellation email confirmation within 5 minutes. For more information, visit this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

If you're still unable to cancel the subscription, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team again. Our support can cancel your membership in just a few clicks. They can also review your billing history if there is any other service deducting from your card. Make sure to reach them within business hours to ensure a swift response.

Furthermore, a suspended account will resolve by updating the billing information. But, there's a possibility that you'll be charged again. That's why I'd recommend you to contact our support again. For more information about discontinued subscriptions, see this link: Get help with your suspended subscription.

Before a year, you have an option to export your data. This way, you have copies and use them in the future. For the complete steps, check out this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Finally, check out these articles to find out more about the life of your QuickBooks data after your subscription ends and other related topics.

I'd be more than happy to work with you again to address other QuickBooks-related concerns. Just drop a comment beneath. I hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy, userthenewacidplanet.
