I have tried twice to lodge the STP pay even, and both times got an email saying there is an error. The error is Error 14 Pay Event has reached its retry limit ?

That error can occur if there is a backlog with STP submissions and the Pay Event has tried to process a number of times and has timed out.

Please try creating an Update Event  to submit the Year-to-date figures.
