Hi there, @hello145.

Yes, there are troubleshooting steps you can use to fix this banking issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

All you have to do is to follow the recommended steps below to sort this out.

First, log in to your bank’s website and check your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts. This would help us determine if there's an issue with your bank that's causing this error. Just follow step number 2 in this article: How to check your bank's website.

If you don't see any error messages or alerts, I recommend using a private browser. This way, we can check if the issue is browser-related. Just press the following keyboard shortcut keys to access this mode:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If you're able to update your bank feed, then let's clear the cache in your web browser or try using a different supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.

In addition, you can import your bank transactions to QBO using Excel CSV (comma-separated values) files.

Once your transactions are downloaded or imported to QBO, you can now categorise them.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to be of assistance. Just place your concern by clicking Reply and I'll get back to you. Wishing you and your business continued success in all that you do. Have a great weekend.
