I keep getting the following error when tying to create a purchase order "Something's not quite right You must select an account for this transaction." Can you help?

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps for you to create a purchase order, max-clean.

 

When creating a purchase order, let's make sure you enter all the details needed in the transaction. If the same thing happens, you can try using a private window to see if it is a browser issue or not. Then, try creating a purchase order there.

 

If it works, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to delete the temporary Internet files. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browser.

 

If the problem persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll investigate what's causing this issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter encountered an error message when creating a purchase order in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback to connect with us.
