Question

I moved from Xero to Quickbooks Online since January 2019. PAYG amounts in Conversion journal aren't included in Payment summary. What can I do to report it correctly?

P/s: Tax code in Conversion journal was blank. I've amended journals with W1 & W2 tax code but not work.

I got information relevant to the Xero-to-QuickBooks conversion process, tu-hatrinh,

 

Payroll records, generally, aren't included when converting from Xero. This is why your conversion journal is blank. However, you can request Odyssey to convert your payroll data, but with a charge. Currently, $3-4 per employee, provided that you use KeyPay in QuickBooks. You can check out the FAQs about the conversion for more details.

 

I'll also include the steps to contact KeyPay in case you need help with your payroll data.

  1. Go to Employees in the left navigation bar,
  2. Click the Payroll support button in the lower-right hand corner.
