I'd gladly share information about deleting the reconciliation report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @ritam-jimsbookke.

In QuickBooks, deleting the reconciliation report is not an option once completed and closed. This is to maintain the integrity of your financial records.

However, if you made a mistake during the reconciliation process and need to delete or make changes, you'll want to undo a specific period instead. Doing so will allow adjustments to the transactions and redo the entire process.

Here's how

  1. Go to the Accounting menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Tap Chart of Accounts.
  3. Find the account you want to undo then select the View register link,
  4. Select the transaction you want to unreconciled to expand the view.
  5. Review the check column. If the transaction is reconciled, you’ll see an “R.”
  6. Select the checkbox until the box is blank. This removes the transaction from the reconciliation.
  7. Then click Save to close the account register.

You can also see this link for more details: Undo or remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.

I'd also recommend working with your accountant for further guidance to ensure the accuracy of your account.

Once done, you can now seamlessly redo the reconciliation process again. In case you run into some issue reconciling your account, you can utilize this link on how to handle the situation smoothly: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.
