I need to submit my annual report and cannot customize the dates to report how do I do this?

You can customise the report by utilizing the Customise button at the upper-right corner when it's opened. From there, you'll be able to change the reporting period, add the details you need, and remove the unnecessary ones. Let's take a look at these sample screenshots:

 

 

On the other hand, if that's not working, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of this issue. You can start by logging into QuickBooks using a private browser. Feel free to use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

If it's working, I'd suggest clearing the main browser's cache. This removes stored cache files that cause frequently accessed sites such as QuickBooks. Also, you can try using other supported browsers.
