I own a bakery and want to enter our daily waste into quick books as its a tax deduction how do i do this

Thanks for visiting the Community. To clarify, QuickBooks Online (QBO) only supports sales taxes and payroll taxes. 

The only version that supports tax deductions is QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE)where you can claim self-employment expenses. For more information, refer to this article:Self-Employed expenses You can claim. It contains a run-down on the available categories to sort your transactions.
