Question

I setup an account on the free trial period and created invoices but forgot to pay the subscription fee to continue and want to pay it so I can continue using it. Can anyone help resolve this for me?

Let’s update your billing information so you can still use the account and send the invoice. Here’s how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QSBE) account.
  2. Click the Profile icon.
  3. Select Billing info.
  4. Click View options to see different subscription types.
  5. Select Subscribe.
  6. Review and update your billing and payment information.
  7. Then click Subscribe.
