Thanks for posting in the Community! At this time, we received reported issues when creating a new pay run. Also, here's the workaround provided by our engineers for you to create a pay run. 

Hit create pay run and leave the option Manually add employees to this pay run unticked and tick Create pay run with empty pays and then click Create. This works however you'll need to manually add the earnings.

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They can add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-84681.

2. Click the Help button.
