I’ve resubscribed to the wrong company. Am I able to swap subscription to the one I want.

Hello there, MelS. 

 

Instead of swapping the subscription to the company you want to resubscribe, we'll have to cancel it first. Then, resubscribe the correct one.

 

Here's how to cancel a subscription:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  3. In the Billing & Subscription tab, click Cancel Subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
