I was chatting with someone just ask to wait for 2 minutes now they stop replying

Are you trying to disconnect your personal account which is link to your online banking? If yes, here's how to disconnect it.

1. Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
2. Click on the pencil icon located beside the personal account and then select Edit account info.
3. Tick Disconnect account on save.
4. Select Save and close.

Please note that disconnecting bank feed will no longer download your bank transactions automatically and any transactions added to this account will remain in QuickBooks Online.
