Beforehand, may I know what page in QuickBooks Online you encountered the error message? Adding additional details will help determine if there are any ongoing issues related to this. A screenshot would be a great help too.

In the meantime, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This way, we can verify if this is a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

Once logged in, check if the error is fixed. If so, clear the browser's cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. Otherwise, let's use other supported browsers. They also provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
