Is anyone else having this problem?Hi I am having trouble accessing my STP via the Employees menu asking me to log in and when i use my quickbooks login it doesnt work

I have some troubleshooting steps for you to get this resolve:

  1. Clear your cookies and cache.
  2. Enable third party cookies.
  3. Try opening QuickBooks in an Incognito (Private) Window.

Once done, check if you're able to access STP from there.
