Is there a month on month profit and loss report that you can produce for each class?

Let me assist you with your profit and loss report.

We have an available Profit and Loss by Class in QuickBooks Online. This groups your income, expenses, and net income by class categories.

The best way to get a month on month data is by updating the reporting period. Then, we can export them into an Excel file and merge them.

Simply go to the Reports tab, search and select Profit and Loss by Class. Change the Report period to a month of your choice, make sure that the Display columns by is set to Classes, and select Run report.to

Once done, you can click the Export button and choose Export to Excel. I've also added these links about customising reports and running reports by class in QuickBooks Online.
