Is there a report that calculates how many employees have been paid over a period of time

Thanks for posting in the Community! There's no specific report available at the moment that shows the number of employees paid during a financial year. You can use the Pay Runs tab to see the number of employees paid for a specific period.

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on the Pay Runs tab. 

Other than that, you can also check your Single Touch PayrollReport if you've lodged your pay runs to the ATO.

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Click on Single Touch Payroll.
4. Select a Financial year and the pay schedule.

From there you can manually check and record the number of employees paid for a specific financial year.
