Is there a report you can generate for Gross Wages for a particular period for a particular employee?

Thanks for posting in the Community! You can run the Detailed Activity report and or the Gross to Net report in your QuickBooks Online Payroll account to view a breakdown of the employees pay for a period of time. Here's how to run the report.

1. Click on the Payroll tab.
2. Click on Reports menu and locate Detailed Activity Report.
3. Select a Date range, Pay schedule, location and group.
4. Click on Run Report.

The report will show you the locations and employees, hours, gross earnings and taxes. From here you can also export and print the report.
