Is there away of viewing coded transactions that don't have receipts attached or pulling a report for all expense transactions missing receipts?

I'd like to help you get the information you need, nicole115.

You can go to the Expenses menu and add the Attachments column. This will give you an easier way of identifying if an expense has an attached receipt or not.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu and proceed to the Expenses tab.
  2. Click the small Gear icon in the right-hand corner, then check the box for Attachment.

Let me share this article for more details: Add or Delete Attachments in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you're able to see the expenses with attachments. You can also ask follow-up questions if you need anything else.
