Keypay menu still not working. Has anyone else logged the problem?

Thanks for visiting the Community. We've received reports about the Keypay menu not working in Google Chrome under INV-39476

 

While our payroll engineers continuously working with the Chrome engineering team, I'd suggest you use a different supported browser such as Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge as a workaround. 

 

We're also encouraging everyone who has the same experience to contact our Customer Care team so they can link your account to the investigation. That way, you'll be notified directly through email with its progress.
