Question

Lodging BAS with ATO is not working. Says, An application error has occurred while processing your request. Can you please help me?

Hi Iomilomidiva,

 

It seems to me that this might be a browser issue.

 

Please try clearing your cookies and cache to see if this resolves the issue.

If the error message persists, I would recommend contacting our Customer Success Team so we can further troubleshoot this. To contact our team:

  1. Select Help from the top-right of QuickBooks.

  4. Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to get in touch.
